Account balance

 

• You may check your sales via your unique user excel sheet

• Offset of past outstanding amount:

• Negative sales reflected are due to returns/exchanges made

• Negative balance – if your account balance reflects a negative amount, Bagüs may offset it with any funds that you subsequently add or receive into your account

 

Payment and withdrawal of sales

1. You will receive a minimum of 30%, up to 50% on the final transacted price for each item sold

   2. You may request for a withdrawal via our online form: https://tinyurl.com/baguspayout 

Bagüs will process your request and make an electronic transfer to your local designated bank account within14 working days.

  3. Withdrawal limits – kindly make a request for withdrawal 30 days upon the date of the sale made OR  the 8th of the following month from when the sale has been recorded. Failure to do so will result in the immediate transfer of pay-out to your account in relation to your commission.

  4. Bagüs reserves the rights to delay withdrawal of large sums of money pending a risk review.

 

Depositing your clothes

1. You may deposit up to 100 items on the commencement of engagement

2. You may deposit up to 100 items per week

3. Withdrawal requests are not accepted

4. After a substantial sale period (1 month), items may be withdrawn and place on our online shop for one month. Items may then be withdrawn and subjected to in-store sales. Revenue made from these discounted items will go to our charity partner.

 

Liabilities

1. Bagüs will be responsible for the safe keeping of all seller’s accepted items while they are in its custody

2. Bagüs shall not be liable for any loss, shortages or damages

 

Rights

1. Bagüs reserves the final rights to set the sale price for all items received

2. Bagüs shall be entitled to implement any form of promotional enticement/discounts for sales and marketing purposes

Termination of engagement

1. Bagüs shall be entitled to cancel the engagement and/or terminate this agreement at any time for any reason. In the event that Bagüs terminates this agreement for any reason other than the seller’s breach, Bagüs shall refund any fees received from the sellers, and at the seller/s expense, facilitate the return of the seller’s items.

Bagüs may change this privacy policy from time to time at Bagüs' sole discretion.
